Return / Exchange Policy

We try to be pretty flexible when it comes to our return policy. We understand if you are decorating a room and your quilt is just not the right match. 

 

That being said, if you purchased a Naked Kantha, we are happy to swap it out for you and help you find the perfect one as long as it is not damaged and is within 10 days of arrival. With exceptions - we will issue a refund but we do not refund for shipping charges!

 

Custom orders with the Minky Faux-Fur are considered a FINAL SALE! Please be mindful of your choice before you select your option!

 

If you need to return a quilt... Please email info@thecoconuthaus.com and we will arrange that for you!
